NEET UG 2024
The NEET UG 2024, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), is the entrance examination for undergraduate medical courses in India. Eligibility Criteria

Exam Pattern
The test comprises 180 multiple-choice questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany and Zoology). The exam duration is 3 hours and 20 minutes, conducted in a pen-and-paper mode.

The syllabus includes topics from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology based on the 11th and 12th standard curriculums of various boards.
Language of the Exam
NEET UG is conducted in 13 regional languages, including English, Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Assamese, Urdu, Marathi, Bengali, Odia, Punjabi, and Malayalam. Candidates can select their preferred language while filling out the application form

Examination Scheme
The exam is divided into two sections for each subject. Section A contains 35 questions, and Section B contains 15 questions, out of which candidates can choose to attempt any 10.
Each correct answer is awarded four marks, with a deduction of one mark for each incorrect response. No marks are deducted or awarded for questions that are not attempted.
