• The student who is enrolled with the Institute will have to work hard regularly. In case the teachers feel that the student in not working hard, creation indiscipline in the institute, irregular in attendance, not responding properly, he/she may be expelled from the institute. The decision of the CEO Sir in this regard shall be final and binding on the student. The fees will not be refunded.
  • If any student absents himself/herself for more than 15 days continuously without prior written application he/she may be deemed to be expelled from the institute. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases. The decision of CEO sir in this regard will be final and binding on the student and parents.
  • After deposting the course fee if a student becomes disinterested or fails to join the classes in the institute due to any reason whatsoever and wants to takes his/her money back the institute will neither refund nor transfer the money to some other student account. The registration money deposited towords a particular course will not be adjust against any other course and is not refundable if a student doesn’t join that particular course.
  • The responsibility of getting admission form forwarded to the examination body is that of the student himself/herself or that of the Guardian.
  • It is for the student to see wheather he/she is eligible for a certain examiniation or not .The Institute does not hold itself responsible, if a student admission form cannot be forwarded or is rejected by the examination body on any ground what so ever . Such a student cannot claim a refund of the whole ar any part of the fee he/she has paid to the institute.
  • Incomplete forms will be rejected. It is compulsory to attach photocopy of marks sheet of class X / XI /XII and passport size photograph with the admission form. The Institute reserves the right to use the photographs for publicity in case the student secures position/success in Medical Entrance Exams. The student should also staple two extra photographs with the form.
  • The Parents can meet the CEO Sir or the members of the Managing Committee for any enquiry about their ward’s progress or any other problem concerning their ward with the prior appointment only.
  • Any student caught adopting unfair means during the test is liable to immediate removal from the examination hall and no refund of fees paid shall be made.
  • Any change of address should be notified to the office immediately.
  • Students enrolled with New Light Coaching Classes will have to provide a photo copy of Admit Card of various Medical Ent. Examination as soon as they receive their admit card from the examination body before tests on complete course during Test Series.
  • New Light Coaching Classes reserves its right to make any alteration in its program / free without any prior notice to anybody.
  1. In case of any dispute the place of jurisdiction will be Kanpur City.

    • Fees for short-term classroom courses and test series (e.g., SRB, Repeater, Crash Courses) are non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • Eligibility Criteria: Refunds are applicable only to full-term courses (e.g., Pre-Foundation, Foundation, and 12th Pass Fresher batches) and are subject to compliance with the timeframes mentioned in Point 2.
  • Repeater and SRB Batches: Fees for these programs are also non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable.

  1. Zero Refund Cases

Refunds are not applicable in the following scenarios:

  • If the course price is ₹25,000 or less (exclusive of GST).
  • If admission was made at a discounted price or during promotional offers.
  • If admission was done with a partial payment plan or instalment facility.
  • If the course is a transferred course from the original course.
  1. Procedure to Request a Refund
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to refund@newlightinstitute.in.
  • Verbal, in-person, phone, message, or social media refund requests will not be entertained.
  • The request must include:
    1. Student’s Name
    2. Course Name
    3. Date of Enrollment
    4. Reason for Requesting Refund
    5. Supporting Documents (if applicable)
  • The date of receipt of all required documents will be considered the date of the refund request.
  1. Processing Time
  • Refund requests will be reviewed and approved within 15 days upon receiving all necessary information.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds are subject to company norms and can be rejected by management upon validation.
  1. Policy on Course Transfers

Transfer Types

This policy applies to the following transfer scenarios:

  1. Online to Offline Course: The difference amount must be paid within 30 days from date of purchase.
  2. Offline to Online Course: No refund will be provided.
  3. Course to Another Course: The difference amount must be paid within 30 days from date of purchase after 30 days, government taxes and service cost will be deducted.
  4. Test Series (Centre to Centre): A transfer fee of ₹2,000 applies.

Transfer Fee

  • A flat fee of ₹1,000 applies to:
    • Any regular batch transfer.
    • Test series transfers (additional fees may apply for another test series).

Payment Terms

  • The transfer fee must be paid in full at the time of the transfer request.
  • Transfers will not be processed until the fee is received.

Non-Refundable Fee

  • The transfer fee is non-refundable, even if the transfer is later cancelled by the student.

Eligibility

  • Transfers are subject to availability and institute approval.
  • Requests may be denied due to course capacity, scheduling conflicts, or other factors.
